A Structure analysis has been carried out based on the ¡°FEM(Finite Element Method)¡± to pursue and optimal design and thus secure reliability for the strength of reinforcement system and panels
The levels of stress and deformation have been estimated in consideration of all the predictable factors including static water pressure earthquake load, snow load, wind load, etc. And reinforcement has been concentrated on the part with the most stress. Thus, our product is designed with the greatest emphasis on the safety od the system.

The hydrostatic pressure resistance of the panel is measured with a hydrostatic tester to verify that the strength of bottom panel is applicable to permitable design stress. By above procedure, the panel grade applicable to panel is determined

Hydrostatic Test of Panel

Fill the water into a unit panel hydraulic press and increase the pressure in an increment of 0.05Kgf/cm2 per minute to confirm the destruction pressure of the panel. With the destruction pressure as reference, We figure out Grade(thickness/Weight) by height

Long-term endurance Test(Field Test)
Generally, there is more than one water depletion and filling up a water tank per day, on the average. Therefore, if the tank is used for 15 years, approximately 4000 times of water circulation would occur and the tank would undego abut 4000 repetitive loads. Through the field test before launching the newproducts into the market, the New HI TANK undergoes actually expected repetitive loads by letting the water circulate for 6 months day and night using two tanks. After checking for water leakage and other a defects from such tests to guarantee safety and endurance, we launch the product into the market.
