FEATURE

1. No capacity restriction
The Panel assembly type of HI TANK makes it possible to install the tank according to the desired capacity and available space with the fruit of excellent strength, durability and minimized tolerance scope. It is also possible to disassemble and reassemble easily

2. Perfect Strength and durability
Hi Tank is designed to withstand the Horizontal seismic intensity to survive the specific oscillation frequency of the earthquake waves with the advantages of SMC(Sheet Molding Compound) Panels

It is protected from corrosion and rust because stainless and special nylon#11 coated steel are used for the inside part. The outside metal structure is hot dip galvanized.

3. Complete Drainage
The dome shaped bottom panel with a concave drain panel facilitates complete and fast drainage. The concave drain panel has been designed to ensure the periodic cleaning and inspection of tank




4. Sanitation
Hi-tank keeps water clean and hygienic. The panels made by SMC(Sheet Molding Compound) method of gray color allow absolutely no light transmission on the surface of the panels and prevent algae

5. Watertightness
The joints sealed with special sealing tape especially developed for HI TANK with long experience and technology on SMC products. It maintains soft itself and adhesives even at low temperatures. The combined flange thickness at the panel joints is sufficient to meet any stress imposed. This is self-sealing feature eliminate the possibility of separation and hence prevent leakage of the tank

The tank made of corrosion-resistant panels does not have sediments accumulated due to even surface and prevents outside light completely to inhibit proliferation of bacteria.



6. Outstanding in heat insulation
The heat insulation panel with 3 layer structured improves heat insulation effect. Protects water condensation on the tank and minimizes temperature variation of the stored water

7. Easy assembly
Hi Tank can be easily assembled even in a confined space because the standardized panels and accessories are merely bolted together
